How can I manage visibility of Systems with Groups?

Groups allow you to limit what Systems a User can see on the Passiv Portal. Only Admins can create and manage Groups.

To create a new Group, navigate to ‘Groups’ in the top bar and select ‘Create Group’. You can give the Group a unique name and choose which specific Systems are part of that group. You can select Systems from a list of all your associated Systems. Select ‘Create’ to confirm.

Once a new Group has been made, head to the ‘Users’ page in the top bar to limit a User’s visibility to just this Group. Select the Groups icon next to the User you want to restrict access for and select the appropriate Group. This can also be done from the Groups page.
