App error: Something's gone wrong

If you are seeing a 'Something’s gone wrong' notification on the Passiv app, this means the app is unable to communicate with Passiv's servers.

The most likely cause for this is that we are currently experiencing an outage. In this instance, we will be working to get our servers back up and running as soon as possible. In the meantime, you will be unable to use the Passiv app, but you will still be able to control your heating using your in-home devices.
