Airwell RS485 connections

Airwell heat pumps have the RS485 connections within the indoor controller.

In the Airwell indoor controller make the following RS485 Modbus connections:

Guidance

  • Connect both screened drain wires together, insulate and carefully locate it at the edge of the PCB to reduce the chance of a short-circuit. 

  • RS485 termination within the Passiv Programmer (see the Installation guide page 9)
