Is the Passiv Smart Thermostat more complex to install than a standard thermostat and programmer?

The Passiv Smart Thermostat has been designed to be simple to install and commission. It has several features to speed up heat pump installation including removing the need for an installer to set a weather compensation curve, a built-in, push-fit wiring centre, wired or wireless thermostats and the ability to commission the system from the Passiv Programmer in under two minutes without the need for a smartphone or internet connection.

Although it does require a small amount of additional wiring, these features mean that overall, the Passiv Smart Thermostat is much quicker to install than a standard thermostat and programmer.
