The Hub ID is a unique identifier for a Passiv Smart Thermostat system. If have any problems, our support team can use the Hub ID to find the system details and diagnose any issues. You can find the Hub ID using the Passiv Programmer.
The Hub ID can only be viewed on the Passiv Programmer after commissioning.
- When you approach the Programmer, the screen will be off. Press any button to open to the home page, which will look something like this:
- Press the centre button to open the main menu. Then use the down arrow to navigate down to Settings:
- Press the centre button to open Settings, then press the centre button again to open About:
- In About, you can view your Programmer, Thermostat and Hub software version. The Hub ID is the 5-digit number at the bottom of the screen.
You can also find the Hub ID on a sticker on the back of the Passiv Hub. This will be of the form 0012345D02. When using this Hub ID for, example, adding a system to the Passiv Portal, you only need the 3rd to 7th digits - 12345 in this example.
